Accounts

You must be 18 or older to have an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.

Kids never get accounts. A parent or guardian views the plays for their player.

Your content

Your plays, formations, and everything else you create are yours. You give us permission to store, show, print, and share them only as needed to run Flag Champs for you and the people you share them with.

You're responsible for what you put in Flag Champs, and for having the right to use it.

Teams, invites, and share links

A team's owner and coaches decide who's on it and what each member can do. When you invite someone or create a share link, you choose who sees your team's plays.

A share link works for anyone who has it until a coach revokes it. Share links are the coach's responsibility: send them only to the people you mean to.

Rosters

Add only what the roster asks for: a first name or nickname, a jersey number, and positions. Don't add last names, contact details, photos, or anything about a child that their parent or guardian wouldn't want the team's coaches to see.

Acceptable use

Don't use Flag Champs to break the law, to harass anyone, or to post anything you don't have the right to share.

Don't try to reach accounts, teams, or data that aren't yours, interfere with how Flag Champs runs, or copy or resell it.

Free while in beta

Flag Champs is free while in beta. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and paid features will come with their own terms.

The service

Flag Champs is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything important; prints are a good one.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Flag Champs in the 12 months before it. While Flag Champs is free, that amount is zero.

Ending your account

You can stop using Flag Champs at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@flagchamps.com. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date above changes, and for a significant change we'll let account holders know by email first. Using Flag Champs after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
